Ingredients 材料

Onion 洋葱 150g
Carrot 红萝卜 80g
Tomato 番茄 250g
Spaghetti 意大利面条 500g

Seasoning 调味料

Salt  盐 1 tsp   1 大匙
Black Pepper  黑胡椒 Half tsp 半茶匙
Oregano Half tsp 半茶匙
Olive Oil 橄榄油 3 tbsp   3 大匙

1. Preheat cast iron pot, pour 3 tbsp olive oil, pour in cut onions, carrots, tomatoes, spaghetti and finally add in 1500ml of water. Wait for 8 minutes until water is boiled.
首先,预热铸铁锅,倒入3大匙橄榄油,加入切好的洋葱、番茄、红萝卜、意大利面,倒入1500ml的水。煮大约8分钟。



2. Slightly stir the noodles to avoid it sticking together. Then, cover and cook for another 5 minutes until sauce dries up.
待水滚后稍微搅拌锅里的面条,以免面条粘在一起。盖上锅盖再煮5分钟至水分收干。



3. Add in 300 grams of chicken cubes and mix well, wait another 1 minute, add 300 grams of broccoli, and finally cover simmer for 2 minutes, add coriander and enjoy!
加入300克鸡肉再拌匀,一分钟后加入300克西兰花。熄火加盖焖2分钟后,放入芫荽拌匀,即可享用。
