Ingredients 材料

Boneless Chicken Thigh 去骨鸡腿肉 2 pcs  2 片
Garlic 蒜蓉 1 tbsp  1 大匙

Seasoning 调味料

Barbecue Sauce叉烧酱 1.5 tbsp   1.5 大匙
Soy Sauce 生抽 1 tbsp   1 大匙

1. Marinated boneless chicken thigh with minced garlic, 2 tbsp barbecue sauce and 1 tbsp of soy sauce for 1 day.
加入蒜蓉,2大茶匙叉烧酱和一大茶匙生抽腌制去骨鸡腿肉,待一夜。



2. Pour 1 tsp oil into La Cuisine cast iron pot, and place chicken with skin at the bottom. Turn to medium low heat, let it grill for 3 minutes.
在La Cuisine铸铁锅内涂上薄油,皮朝下放入去骨鸡腿肉,以中小火煎3分钟。



3. Turn over the chicken, continue grill with medium low heat for 2 minutes.
将鸡腿肉反面,续一中小火煎2分钟。



4. Finally, pour in remaining marinated sauce, close the lid, turn to low heat and let it stew for another 3 minutes then it’s all done!
最后倒入剩下的酱汁,盖上锅盖再以小火焖3分钟即可上桌享用。
