Chicken 菜园鸡 | 2 kg |
Salt 盐 | 1 tsp 1 大匙 |
Soy Sauce 生抽 | 3 tbsp 3 大匙 |
Ginger 姜片 | 25g |
Cinnamon 桂皮 | 1 stick 1支 |
Seasoning 调味料
Soy Sauce 生抽 | 2 tbsp 2 大匙 |
Sesame Oil 麻油 | Half tsp 半茶匙 |
1. Chopped 2kg Chicken into pieces. Marinated with 1 tsp of salt, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp black soy sauce, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp of sesame oil. Garlic, 50g of ginger, 3 onions and potato, cut into fine pieces.
预先把约2公斤菜园鸡斩块。加入1小匙盐,3大匙生抽,2大匙黑酱油,1小匙胡椒粉,1小匙麻油,拌匀腌制30分钟。各别将半粒蒜头,约50克老姜拍扁;3粒洋葱切片以及马铃薯切块备用。
2. Preheat cast iron pot, add in 1 tbsp oil to saute garlic, ginger and onion. Then, add in 1 cinnamon, a star anise, stir well and turn to low heat.
预热铸铁锅,并倒入1大匙油,加入蒜头、老姜、洋葱爆香。然后再加入1支桂皮,1朵八角,拌匀后转至小火。
3. Finally, add in potato and chicken, close the lid and stew for 1 hour and 15 minutes and it’s ready to serve!
最后加入马铃薯以及腌制好的鸡块,盖上锅盖焖大约1小时15分。即可享用!
