Chicken 菜园鸡 Whole 一只

Seasoning 调味料

Salt 盐蚝油 1 tsp   1 大匙

1. Boiled water in La Cuisine cast iron pot, then put chicken in it, cook for 3-5 minutes (according to size of chicken).
把清水加入铸铁锅内,然后放入鸡肉,煮大约3-5分钟。(根据鸡的大小)



2. Turn off the burner, close the lid and stew for 20 to 25 minutes.
熄火,盖上锅盖让其焖煮20至25分钟。



3. Wipe salt on chicken average. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
最好用盐均匀涂抹于鸡身上。斩块即可上桌享用!
